I've been in that place where stress and anxiety felt like my only companions, and I've also experienced the loneliness that comes with having high standards that not everyone understands.

Throughout my personal journey and professional experience, I've come to understand what healing and recovery truly mean, and, importantly, what keeps us stuck. Quick fixes give temporary relief. I’m interested in true liberation; transformation.
